Lindsey has a wide array of talents and interests. Her career spans various domains, including professional MMA fighting, coaching, personal training, modeling, acting, and Pranic healing.
Lindsey’s journey into professional MMA began with a childhood filled with sports, eventually leading her to discover her passion for MMA. She was drawn to the sport for its one-on-one dynamics, self-defense aspects, and the confidence it instilled in her. She found solace in the sport’s rigorous challenges.
To strike a balance in her life and support her MMA training, eventually, she also pursued coaching and personal training, which allowed her to maintain a flexible schedule.
Lindsey’s overarching mission is to positively impact as many lives as possible. Utilizing her platform as a fighter, she strives to inspire others and serve as a role model, aiding people in managing life’s challenges and reducing stress. Additionally, she is dedicated to raising awareness about holistic practices like Pranic healing, aiming to help others heal from current and generational traumas.
For Lindsey, fighting serves as a metaphor for life, teaching her to persevere through hardships and continuously push forward.
Currently, she is preparing for the IBJJF No Gi World Championships in Las Vegas and the IMTA competition in LA. Furthermore, she continues her journey in Pranic healing, with a focus on learning and healing. Looking ahead, Lindsey has aspirations of establishing her MMA gym in Gilbert, AZ, where she envisions offering a comprehensive membership experience encompassing workouts, nutrition, personal training, and various recovery services.
